Polymechaniker/in - Maintenance in shift operation

Activity

• You are responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of our production machines as well as the buildings and infrastructures.
• You produce spare parts and assemblies independently.
• You perform systematic fault searches and resolve technical problems on production machines.
• You optimize wear parts and machines to continuously improve their reliability and performance.
• You implement technical improvements on machines and systems.
• You monitor and operate our process control systems.
• As a vocational trainer, you accompany and supervise our aspiring Produktions- und Polymechaniker EFZ.
• Requirements
• Completed training as a Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker or a comparable technical training.
• Good practical knowledge in the manufacturing techniques drilling, turning and CNC milling.
• Professional experience in maintenance and operational maintenance is an advantage.
• High level of independence and self-motivation as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong networked thinking and technical understanding.
• Good German skills in speaking and writing; technical English understanding is an advantage.
• Willingness for limited shift operation as well as for on-call duties.
• Good user knowledge in common IT programs.
• Completed vocational trainer course.
