CNC Setup Mechanic (M/F)

On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for a CNC Setup Mechanic 3 to 5 axes (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the setup, adjustment and monitoring of production CNC machines.
• You will perform dimensional and aesthetic controls of components to guarantee their conformity to watchmaking requirements.
• You will perform production timekeeping and ensure the monitoring of daily indicators.
• You will contribute to the stability of processes and the optimization of manufacturing parameters.
• You will collaborate closely with production teams to guarantee the quality and performance of operations.

Your profile:

• You hold a CFC in the field of mechanics or a training deemed equivalent.
• You have knowledge in CNC programming and machining.
• Ideally, you benefit from experience on "EWAG WS 11", "WS11-SP" and "Studer S11" machines.
• You have experience in the manufacture of watchmaking components and are comfortable with the precision requirements of the sector.
• You are rigorous, methodical and enjoy teamwork.
• You are willing to work in a 2x8 shift schedule.
