Your key role on the construction site

As a foreman, you are the operational center between the site manager and the team. You ensure that processes work, quality is correct, and deadlines are met.

Your area of responsibility:

• Coordination and leadership of employees in daily business
• Ensuring a smooth construction site workflow
• Deputizing for the site manager in their absence
• Independent execution of structural engineering work with your own team
• Quality control and compliance with technical specifications
• Schedule- and cost-conscious proactive thinking
• Creation of work and hourly reports
• Application of modern surveying systems (GPS, tachymeter)

You are not just an implementer – you are a provider of structure.

Your profile – competence with natural authority

• Completed vocational training in the main construction industry (EFZ or equivalent)
• Further training as a foreman or site manager
• Several years of experience in Swiss structural engineering
• Demonstrable leadership experience on construction sites
• Confident handling of PC applications
• Knowledge in electronic surveying (GPS / tachymeter)
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working
• Physically resilient
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driving license category B
