What you accomplish ###

• Participate in the deboning, trimming, and dismantling of raw materials
• Control the pieces to be deboned and report anomalies
• Debone and trim pieces with precision, respecting the requested portions
• Rigorously apply hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
• Work following a pre-established cutting plan
• Collaborate closely with the logistics department to ensure the smooth running of operations

What you bring ###

• Education: Completed initial or continuing education
• Specialization: CFC of Butcher*er or equivalent training desired
• Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• You possess solid notions in hygiene (HACCP) and safety
• You are a dynamic, open and sociable person
• You work in a fast, precise and autonomous manner
• You appreciate teamwork and demonstrate flexibility and organization
• You are in good physical condition and comfortable working in a cold environment
• French (A2)
