Service Technician (m/f/d)

What awaits you?

You are responsible for the technical analysis of customer complaints, including photo documentation
You create findings reports, service orders, and test protocols
You carry out repairs and installations efficiently using parts lists as well as the ProductCenter and SAP
You develop decision-making bases for customers
You carry out warranty analyses and analyses of early-warning products
You conduct workshop and customer training
You ensure the professional and ecological disposal of waste arising in the area
You support projects

What do you need for an application?

Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally in a mechanical or mechatronic field
Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) and in SAP
Basic knowledge of the English and French languages in spoken and written form
Flexibility, teamwork skills, and communication strength
A high degree of problem-solving competence as well as a hands-on mentality
