• Be responsible for the operation, monitoring, control, and regulation of technical facilities in the areas of heating, air conditioning, filters, ventilation, water, and energy supply, and monitor and maintain all technical systems for functionality and safety
• Perform maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, repair, and revision work
• Ensure the handover and return of infrastructures
• Monitor the work of private companies and accept the completed work
• Monitor and perform outdoor work, ice control, and snow removal

• Completed technical or manual vocational training with several years of professional experience in the area of operation, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities, buildings, and objects
• Category B driver's license as well as good IT user skills
• Flexible personality with a conscientious and independent way of working as well as the willingness to perform on-call duties and interventions outside of working hours
• Customer- and team-oriented behavior with a strong service mindset
• A high degree of motivation to learn and adaptability
