Baumanufaktur AG is active in high-quality and individual interior design and realizes projects for gastronomy, hotels and private customers.

In our own joinery, we manufacture furniture, individual built-ins and interior design solutions. In doing so, we accompany our projects from production to installation on site and coordinate the trades necessary for implementation.

Our company is growing and continuously developing. With the expansion of our own production, we want to cover even more services internally in the future and at the same time further develop and make our workflows and processes more efficient. In this process, good work preparation, well-thought-out constructions, modern planning instruments and clear production processes play an important role.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Carpenter EFZ who enjoys working practically and at the same time is interested in developing towards technical construction planning and AVOR. In the long term, there is the possibility to take on responsibility for the further development of our joinery and its processes and thus actively participate in the future orientation of our production area.

Your tasks

Production & Installation

• Manufacture of furniture, built-ins and individual interior design solutions
• Independent processing of wood and wood-based materials
• Implementation of working drawings and technical specifications
• Installation of the manufactured work on the construction site
• Control of execution and quality during production and installation

Technology & Construction

• Collaboration in the development of constructive and technical solutions
• Support with dimension taking, material clarifications and work preparation
• Bringing your practical experience into technical planning
• Step-by-step training in CAD, working drawings and construction planning

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Carpenter EFZ
• Enjoyment of furniture construction and interior design
• Experience in production and installation is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in construction
• Independent and precise way of working
• Quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility
• Interest in professional further development
• Good German skills
• Driver's license category B; category BE is an advantage

CAD knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement.
