tasks

• you lead and coordinate a small team on the respective construction sites
• in doing so, you construct and renovate demanding flat roofs professionally and independently
• furthermore, you carry out waterproofing, insulation and general flat roof work
• additionally, you organize the daily workflows as well as the required material and tool use
• you also ensure a qualitatively flawless, safe and punctual execution of the work
• as a technical contact person, you support and instruct your team colleagues on the construction site
• the workload can, depending on preference, be 90 or 100%

requirements

• you have a completed training as roofer EFZ (w/m/d)
• additionally, you bring professional experience in the field of flat roof
• ideally, you have already been able to gain initial experience as a foreman, group leader or in a comparable function, but this is not a requirement
• a driving license of category B is required
• do you bring organizational skill, a collegial manner as well as a solution-oriented and an independent way of working?
