Entire project management from needs analysis through the creation of tender documents to successful key handover
On-site construction management (coordination of trades, acceptances, checking occupational safety, etc.)

What you bring with you
Basic vocational training in a manual trade
Ideally a degree in interior architecture or a comparable training
Min. 3 years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry, ideally in retail construction
Practical experience on the construction site, ideally as a construction manager
Organizational skills, communication strength and an eye for detail
Independent way of working and ability to work in a team
