Casino Barrière de Montreux is looking for a Maintenance Technician on a 2-month fixed-term contract at 100%

The position is based on the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland, within Casino Barrière Montreux, in a sumptuous setting adorned with a panoramic view of the lake and the Alps with an area of 10'000 m2 reserved for entertainment. Casino Barrière Montreux is part of the leading French group, the Barrière group and currently includes a bar, a restaurant, banquet and show halls, a gaming room (259 slot machines, 47 electronic games, 19 gaming tables and 1 poker room with 5 poker tables, 4 Blackjack, 1 Diceball, 2 Ultimate Texas Hold’em tables, 1 reversible Blackjack and Punto Banco, and 6 English roulette tables), and shops.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE…

The technical maintenance of the entire building (excluding slot machine technicalities) as well as the external installations.

You have at least 2 years of successful experience in a similar position,

You have good knowledge of electricity, HVAC (heating-ventilation-air conditioning), energy saving and new ecological technologies

You are inventive, resourceful, manual and ideally, also possess knowledge in commercial refrigeration

You know how to work autonomously within a small team

You have genuine interpersonal qualities, flexible and of good command

Your integrity is recognized,

You are energetic, smiling, of a diplomatic and pleasant character, you master French orally,

Your qualities: organization, discretion, autonomy, rigor, taste for teamwork,

You have good knowledge of Google and GSuite IT tools

You see only advantages to weekend on-call shifts by rotation

You live or will live in Montreux or its region,

You possess a driver's license,

You are available immediately,

You are of irreproachable morality: your criminal record and your extract from the debt collection office must imperatively be clean,

You have no gambling ban.
