Your tasks ##

• You sow, prick, and cultivate potted plants and cut flowers in modernly equipped, climate-controlled greenhouses
• You operate special machines that support you in your daily work
• You learn how to combat pests and treat plants affected by diseases
• You prepare our plants for sale in the shop, pack them, and calculate the prices
• You advise the customers in our nursery professionally

Your profile ##

• You enjoy nature and plants and want to learn how to propagate and cultivate them
• You have a flair for plants, already recognize some, and can name them
• You have good observation skills and technical understanding
• You are manually skilled - you handle plants, tools, and machines carefully
• You are sociable and enjoy advising our customers professionally
• You like working in a team, are fit and physically resilient
