Caretaker of school and sports facilities (a)

As a result of a retirement, a reliable and motivated personality is being sought for the maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of school and sports facilities. You will work independently and proactively, take responsibility for the building technology, and ensure the smooth operation of all properties together with a small team.

your tasks

• Independent organization and execution of maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep (including winter service)
• Responsibility for the smooth operation of the building technology systems as well as involving external service providers if necessary
• Leading a small team of cleaners and acting as a deputy for the Facility Management management
• Function as a safety officer (SiBe) for inspections, maintenance, and occupational safety
• Support for the users of the properties as well as collaboration on projects

qualifications

• Completed basic vocational training in a manual trade or training as a specialist in facility management
• Federal diploma in caretaker services or the willingness to complete this further training
• Independent, reliable way of working, high initiative, and strong teamwork skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good IT user skills
• Willingness for occasional evening and weekend assignments as well as on-call duty
