Production Worker (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Execution of assigned production, assembly, and packaging tasks
• Completion of work within the specified quality and time requirements
• Independent working according to the applicable assembly, testing, and work instructions
• Carrying out simple quality controls during the production process
• Documenting the required production data and work steps
• Contributing to a smooth process within production
• Active support in the reduction of errors, scrap, and rework
• Collaboration on simple improvement and optimization measures
• Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace and in the production area
• Correct separation and disposal of the waste generated
• Compliance with applicable safety, hygiene, and quality regulations
• Compliance with the instructions, regulations, and specifications of Berlinger Special AG as well as quality management

Requirement Profile

• Completed compulsory education; completed vocational training is an advantage
• Professional experience in production is an advantage
• Experience in working according to written work and assembly instructions is an advantage
• Careful, precise, independent, and reliable way of working
• Strong quality awareness
• Good German skills (A2) for the understanding of work, quality, and safety instructions
