• Take responsibility for the operation, monitoring, control, and regulation of technical installations in the areas of heating, air conditioning, filters, ventilation, and water and energy supply; monitor the functionality and safety of all technical systems and perform the relative maintenance
• Carry out maintenance work, efficiency maintenance, cleaning, repair, and overhaul
• Handle the delivery and collection of infrastructure
• Monitor work carried out by private companies and test it
• Perform and monitor outdoor space arrangement, ice removal, and snow clearing work

What distinguishes you

• Completed apprenticeship in a technical or artisanal field with several years of professional experience in the area of operation, maintenance, and efficiency maintenance of plants, buildings, and objects
• Category B driver's license and good IT knowledge as a user are required
• Flexible, conscientious, and autonomous way of working, availability to perform standby services and interventions outside of working hours
• Customer- and team-oriented behavior, with a strong sense of service
• Considerable motivation to learn and ability to adapt to changes

It provides all logistic services in favor of the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems, and infrastructure of the Swiss Army.
