Maintenance Worker (m/f)

Together with the two decentralized assisted living apartments in Oberwil and Bottmingen, DREILINDEN offers 175 residents a secure and safe place for living and residing in old age. The needs and personal well-being of the residents determine our daily work, and their self-determination is important to us.

For our location at Langegasse 61 in Oberwil / BL as well as at our two assisted living apartments, we are looking for the following committed colleague(s) starting immediately or by arrangement:

Maintenance Worker (100 %)

As a committed personality, your tasks include:

• Independent work regarding renovations of wooden parquet floors
• Painting and plastering work for the entire properties
• Maintenance and servicing work on machines and technical facilities
• Initial intervention and troubleshooting for infrastructural systems, devices, and machines
• Provision of infrastructure for events
• Cleaning work
• Garden and outdoor area maintenance

As a motivated personality, your profile includes:

• Completed vocational training in a manual trade such as Painter/Plasterer or equivalent technical vocational training with EFZ
• Experience in building technology (HVAC, automation)
• Organizational flair and an independent way of working as well as ability to work in a team
• Readiness for on-call services
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Driver's license Cat. B and readiness for passenger transport
• Experience as a vocational trainer is an advantage
