Your main tasks:

• Maintenance work and repairs in the building and outdoor areas
• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on systems and installations of electrical and building technology
• Assistance with gardening work
• Control and maintenance of medical devices
• Collaboration/assistance with documentation in facility management
• Disposal and cleaning work
• Setting up resident and meeting rooms
• Training of apprentices in the field of facility management

Your competencies / qualifications

• Completed training in a manual trade or as a specialist in facility management or maintenance specialist (electronics knowledge is an advantage)
• Min. 3 years of professional experience
• Very good German language skills
• Good IT skills in Office programs
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Driver's license is an advantage
