Requirement profile:

• You work independently, reliably and with high initiative. Thanks to your experience and your technical understanding, you maintain an overview even in a demanding production environment.
• Completed training as Production Mechanic EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical basic training
• Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing
• Experience in the independent setup and operation of CNC machining centers
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
• Exact, quality-conscious and careful way of working
• Teamwork skills as well as sense of responsibility
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (B2)

Tasks:

• Independent setup and operation of modern CNC turning, milling or turn-mill machining centers
• Manufacturing of demanding small series (approx. 5
• 75 pieces) according to drawings, work plans and production documents
• Carrying out dimension and quality controls according to testing planning
• Ensuring stable, economical and qualitatively flawless manufacturing
• Carrying out maintenance work as well as ensuring the technical readiness of the systems
• Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the work area (6S)
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of our production processes (CIP)
• Support in the introduction of new products and production processes
