You learn- ##

• to personally advise our customers in the showroom, by telephone as well as online, answer questions about the range and create an attractive customer experience
• to maintain the data regarding the range in the system and create evaluations
• to process demanding inquiries regarding returns, repairs as well as replacement deliveries
• and coordinate the procurement process from the order to the vehicle delivery
• to calculate selling prices of used cars, create trade-in offers and demonstrate the various financing options

You have- ##

• already completed another apprenticeship or are already 18 years old
• a completed Real- or Sekundarschule with good language skills
• a passion for cars and everything related to them
• joy in advising and selling and enjoy approaching customers
• good manners and value a well-groomed appearance
• fun in working together with colleagues to achieve something
