For our client, an internationally active company in the technical industry, we are looking for an experienced

Surface Finisher EFZ (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Responsibility for the timely finishing of production orders in compliance with quality specifications
• Loading and unloading of the systems
• Carrying out quality inspections, especially coating thickness measurements (X-Ray) as well as visual final inspections according to specifications and testing instructions
• Operation and use of various software programs (MES-GalClient, X-Ray, laboratory program, maintenance planner)
• Execution of maintenance, cleaning and repair work according to the maintenance plan
• Safe and compliant handling of chemicals
• Participation in the implementation of Lean Management methods, especially 5S and Shopfloor Management
• Support of an efficient, trouble-free and quality-oriented production process
• Compliance with safety specifications and instructions of the Galvanic production

Your Profile ###

• Completed basic technical training, ideally as a Surface Finisher EFZ or with comparable training and mechanical knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in surface finishing is an advantage
• Technical understanding of fully automated process and production systems
• Experience in handling chemicals
• Physically fit and resilient; accustomed to lifting and carrying loads up to approx. 20 kg
• Reliable, independent and team-oriented way of working
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user skills, especially in MS Office
• High flexibility regarding working hours as well as readiness for weekend shifts
• Readiness to work in 3-shift operation
