Production Employee Electropolishing (m/f/d)

your tasks

• Independent and conscientious execution of production orders

Operation of various production facilities (electropolishing, tumbling machines, pre-vacuum pump station, annealing chamber)

• Professional and safe handling of acids and surface treatment agents
• Consistent compliance with all manufacturing regulations, safety instructions, and quality standards
• Recording and feedback of production orders in the PC system as well as accessing process documentation
• Active participation through the contribution of process and improvement suggestions

Qualifications

your competencies

• Completed manual or technical basic training (e.g., mechanic, tinsmith, locksmith, sanitary technician, electrician) or several years of experience in industrial production
• Very strong quality awareness, precise way of working, and a high flair for details
• Good German skills in spoken and written form for understanding
• Manufacturing regulations and documentation
• Solid basic PC skills for data entry in the system
• Readiness for shift work as well as temporal flexibility during increased workload
• High teamwork ability, reliability, and solution-oriented way of acting
