Building or civil engineering team leader / Building foreman (F/M/D)

Your missions

As a Team Leader, you ensure the organization and smooth running of the construction sites entrusted to you. You supervise your teams, ensure compliance with schedules, quality requirements, and safety rules, while ensuring the administrative and technical monitoring of the works.

Your main tasks:

• Management of a team of 4 to 12 people
• Organization of works and compliance with schedules
• Administrative monitoring of site reports and hours control
• Performing measurements and ordering materials
• Reading plans and performing layouts
• Monitoring the quality of works and compliance with safety rules

Your profile:

• Holder of a CFC in the field of building and/or civil engineering
• Team leader certificate, foreman certificate or equivalent title
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent listening and communication skills with different interlocutors (teams, suppliers, etc.)
• Rigor and sense of responsibility, especially regarding safety
• Strong sense of organization, autonomy and versatility
• Good ability to manage stress and priorities
• Valid category B driving license
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
