Your mission

A professional in the trade, you contribute to enhancing a butcher department recognized for the quality of its offering, its know-how and the excellence of its customer service.

As part of assignments with recognized brands, you will be required to:

• Perform the cutting, preparation and enhancement of meats in compliance with quality standards
• Ensure a neat and attractive presentation of products in the display window
• Welcome, advise and serve a demanding clientele thanks to your product expertise
• Guarantee the rigorous application of hygiene, food safety standards and HACCP procedures
• Actively participate in the proper upkeep and performance of the department

Your profile

Passionate about your profession, you combine technical skill, rigor and a sense of service.

You possess:

• A butcher training or confirmed experience in a similar environment
• An excellent mastery of meat cutting and preparation techniques
• A sense of customer advice and a neat presentation
• Reliability, autonomy and flexibility in your organization
• Rapid availability to integrate varied missions
