Your diverse main area of responsibility includes, among others:
Participation in performing maintenance, upkeep, and repair work in building maintenance
Internal service in building maintenance (general depot service)
Performing on-call duty (approx. 7 days/ 24h at regular intervals / on-call rotation)
Accompanying external service providers in the specialist area
Assistance in winter services and in the depot
Sustainable repairs of all kinds
You have training as a Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ (Facility Management Specialist) and bring manual dexterity. You are reliable, resilient, and a team player. Exact, well-structured working and calm, efficient acting in hectic phases are your strengths. We require a well-groomed, friendly, and courteous appearance. Foreign languages are an advantage in dealing with our employees and guests. The willingness to regularly perform on-call duty is a mandatory requirement.
