Tribofinishing Operator 100% (M/F/X)

Workplace: Bonfol (JU)

Your mission

You ensure the polishing and deburring of components through tribofinishing, in compliance with quality, quantity, deadline, and cost requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Set up and control machines according to recipes and work instructions
• Perform tribofinishing operations and control the quality of parts
• Perform mechanical work and necessary carrier changes
• Ensure routine maintenance of tools and production equipment
• Report anomalies and participate in problem solving and improvements
• Respect quality procedures and safety instructions

Your profile

• Technical training (mechanics, watchmaking, or polishing) or proven experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of polishing recipes is an appreciated asset
• Good general knowledge in mechanics and ease with production IT tools
• Rigor, consistency in repetitive tasks, and reliability in your execution
• Ability to judge a surface state and use standard control tools
• You are curious by nature and know how to work autonomously but move forward in a team
• Good knowledge of spoken/written French
