Specialist in Facility Management 100%

You will work in a team under the leadership of the caretaker with a federal diploma (Head of Technical Service)

Your tasks

• Facility management (performing practical work)
• Maintenance of buildings, building technology, facilities, apparatus
• Maintenance of outdoor areas (greenery, paths, squares)
• Planning and executing repairs
• Executing repair orders

Our requirements

• Completed training as a specialist in facility management or in training for it

or

• Completed training in a manual field with a federal certificate of proficiency as well as interest in further training to become a specialist in facility management
• very good German skills in speaking and writing
• motivation
• ability to work in a team
• willingness to take on responsibility
