Your tasks

• – Operation and monitoring — of our modern ovens — temperature, steam and timing are in your hands
• – Ensuring baking quality — through precise assessment of browning, crust and degree of doneness — your eye decides
• – Compliance with recipes and baking programs — as well as our HACCP guidelines and quality standards
• – Timely provision — of fresh baked goods — so that our branches and customers are supplied punctually
• – Close cooperation — with the production team — you are the heart of the bakery
• – Working hours start 22.00/23.00

Your qualifications

• – Training as a Baker EFZ or comparable professional experience at the oven
• – A good sense for doughs, temperatures and the right moment — baking is more than just a job for you
• – Fluent German skills and clear communication in the team
• – Reliability, precision and joy in the craft — you want to take something great out of the oven every day
