This job is NOT for you if...

• You only want to repair bicycles (in our workshop, we do everything: skis, fitness equipment, personalizations/flock printing etc. Even if bicycles make up the main part of our work).
• You are only interested in pure technology and customer contact is a horror to you.
• You need rigid "top-down" structures and wait for others to make all decisions for you.
• You are not willing to work on Saturday (because that is exactly when our athletes depend on us the most).

Your everyday life with us (Your tasks)

• Diagnosis and repair: You recognize the need, suggest the appropriate solution, and carry out the services (maintenance, repair, assembly of accessories) with absolute precision.
• Quality control: You make no compromises regarding safety. You check every control point very carefully before handing the material over to the customers.
• Technical advice: You explain your work steps to the customers and give them the best tips for the long-term care of their equipment.
• Workshop organization: You ensure the availability of spare parts, the order of your tools, and the cleanliness of your workplace to be 100% efficient.

What we expect from you

• Training and experience: You have a basic technical education (EFZ or EBA, as a bicycle or two-wheeler mechanic) and ideally demonstrable experience in bicycle mechanics.
• Service orientation: You enjoy helping people and passionately find technical solutions for their problems.
• Diligence: You work conscientiously, organized, and place great value on clean (and safe!) work.
• Team spirit: You do not hesitate to lend a hand in the rayon or at the reception if the team needs you.
• Enthusiasm for sport: You actively practice sport yourself and know your material inside and out. This is what defines your credibility!
• Language skills: You have perfect command of German. French and/or English skills are a big plus.
