PROJECT MANAGER Timber Construction with focus on AVOR (60–100%) (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent management of timber construction projects from site inspection to final accounting
• Preparation of offers as well as carrying out work preparation (AVOR)
• Material procurement and timely ordering of the required materials
• Responsibility for the qualitative, timely, and cost-effective execution of the construction sites
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Active collaboration on the construction site as well as coordination of the execution work if required

Your profile:

• Completed training as a timber construction foreman (Holzbau-Polier) or comparable further training in timber construction
• Several years of professional experience in work preparation (AVOR) or project processing in timber construction
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Strong communication, team-oriented personality with high social competence
• Solution-oriented thinking, initiative, and enjoyment of demanding timber construction projects
• Ideally, you have additional knowledge in cadwork, calculation, CNC control, or bring experience in terrace construction, staircase construction, or personnel management
