Specialist Building Maintenance 80-100 %
Start as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement

Your new field of activity
Together with a colleague, you ensure the maintenance, upkeep and smooth operation of our building as well as the entire surroundings
You carry out repair, maintenance and upkeep work independently and plan and document these throughout the year
You monitor and operate the modern building technology systems of our new building (2026)
You coordinate and accompany assignments from external craftsmen and service companies
You support our housekeeping team and specifically also take on special cleanings
You bear responsibility for operational safety (BESIBE) as well as fire protection and continuously develop your specialist knowledge in cooperation with our certification body NSBIV AG
Our residents have the opportunity to participate in simple work in the surroundings; if necessary, you support them and instruct them
What you bring with you
Training as a Specialist Building Maintenance EFZ
Further training in the field of operational safety and fire protection or the willingness to complete this
Several years of professional experience in building maintenance or in a comparable function
Good user knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
You encounter people with openness and enjoy interacting with our residents
