Concrete Machine Operator 100% ##

Area of responsibility:

• Operating, monitoring, and controlling the modern concrete mixing plant
• Ensuring flawless concrete quality
• Scheduling and provision of raw materials
• Maintenance and cleaning work on the plant
• Resolving minor malfunctions before they become large
• Cooperation with production, scheduling, and driving staff

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in the field of main and/or secondary construction trades
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of machines
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Good German language skills
• Team spirit and a cool head, even when it gets hectic
• Readiness for occasional night shift assignments
