Sanitary service technician (m/f/d) #

Tasks

• Ensure the operation and availability of technical installations
• Perform maintenance work, inspection rounds, and troubleshooting
• Carry out repairs as well as small installation work
• Contact person for internal and external clients
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Participation in the on-call service

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a heating technician or ventilation installer or comparable technical training
• Deep knowledge in MSRT as well as in the use of building technical management systems
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a commercial or industrial environment
• Autonomous, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Neat appearance, good manners, and confidence in customer contact
• Team spirit and availability for the on-call service
• Category B driver's license (car)
• Good computer skills
• Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
