Your task

• Setting up and preparing the special production facilities for smooth operation
• Meticulous preparation of the required tools, including minor maintenance work, to ensure high plant availability
• Continuous monitoring and ensuring of quality standards, active participation in process optimization
• Support in error analysis and creative co-design of efficient solutions
• Assistance in assembly in mechanical engineering
• Conscientious handover of the workstations after completion of production
• Carrying out skillful programming adjustments and precise corrections to the facilities

Your profile

• Technical basic training is a great advantage (polymechanic, auto mechanic, mechanics practitioner, or production mechanic)
• Practical experience in setting up and operating production facilities is an advantage
• Initial professional experience in assembly or willing to learn this
• Reliable and committed way of working with an enthusiasm for new challenges
• Fluent German skills for lively communication in the team
• Robust physical condition, as the activity can be physically demanding in parts
• Readiness for shift work (2-shift or day work) / flexibility regarding working hours
