Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Expert in building permit applications
• In-depth feasibility studies for successful projects
• Manage and organize the execution of construction sites with expertise
• Master tenders, quotes, and bids to optimize results
• Guarantee cost and deadline control for optimal project management
• Create detailed execution files and precise plans for efficient implementation

Profile

• Federal diploma of construction manager or experience in construction management in Switzerland
• CFC in building drafting or equivalent training is an asset
• Skills reinforced by a diploma or significant experience as a construction manager
• Proven experience in the effective management of construction sites and coordination of different trades
• Strong sense of responsibility and proven organizational skills
• Excellent collaboration with work teams and stakeholders
• Perfect mastery of the French language, both spoken and written
• Possession of a driver's license indispensable for mobility on construction sites
