Maintenance Master Maintenance Center, focus on building maintenance and laundry logistics (m/f/d)

• You provide practical guidance to the instructed persons in the areas of internal building cleaning (property maintenance) and the laundry, and promote their professional as well as personal development
• Together with your team, you ensure the value-preserving, clean condition of the institution's internal buildings as well as timely and qualitatively flawless textile care
• In the absence of the caretaker, you take over their deputy role. You monitor the building technical systems, carry out smaller repairs as well as maintenance work independently and ensure the operational readiness of the infrastructure
• You use the daily workflows in the housekeeping as a learning field to strengthen the independence, self-responsibility and reliability of the instructed persons with a view to their reintegration
• You plan and structure the workflows in cleaning and laundry efficiently
• You have a completed manual, technical or housekeeping apprenticeship (EFZ)
• Good technical knowledge in the area of building technology and building maintenance as well as manual skill for repair and maintenance work
• You have a high degree of social competence, assertiveness and empathy
• You meet people at eye level and bring the necessary tact for work in the penal system
• You maintain an overview even in lively situations
• It is an advantage if you have already worked with people in special life situations
• You are a team player and committed personality with a high service consciousness
• You possess driving license Cat. B
• You are at least 30 years old
• Exciting and challenging activities in a progressive and versatile operation with a lot of independence
• A professional and motivated team
• Interesting training and further education (e.g. Specialist in Penal Execution)
