• Completed vocational training as an Electrical Installer or Electrical Fitter EFZ
• Several years of practical experience in electrical customer support
• Strong analytical skills for proactive error detection
• Pronounced interest in current technologies such as All-IP, control systems and ICT
• Proficient German skills and driving license category B
