Requirements:

• Professional experience as a welder or a comparable qualification
• Sound welding experience in the processes TIG, MAG, and E-Hand
• Welding inspection according to ISO 9606-1 111/135/141 is an advantage
• Confident handling of steel, chrome-nickel steel, and aluminum
• Good understanding of technical drawings and work instructions
• Independent, precise, and quality-conscious way of working
• High social competence and good communication skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written, at least level B1
• Good PC user skills
• Willingness to perform and resilience
• Flexibility regarding working hours and readiness for multi-shift operation
• Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of a modern production environment

Activities:

• Welding a wide variety of assemblies made of steel, chrome-nickel steel, and aluminum according to technical drawings
• Post-processing of challenging welding assemblies through straightening, grinding, and finishing
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards according to applicable norms as well as testing and work instructions
• Carrying out scheduled maintenance work on production systems
• Ensuring operational readiness as well as careful care of operating resources and tools
• Performing general operational activities to support the operative business
• Responsibility for the achievement and monitoring of relevant key figures
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of production processes within the framework of KVP
• Cooperation with upstream and downstream departments to optimize the overall process
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the correct use of protective equipment
