Sanitary Installer / Heating Installer / Building Technology All-rounder

Tasks

• You ensure that all of our building technology in the largest and most modern Coop distribution center runs reliably.
• You operate and monitor our HVAC systems as well as the biomass plant.
• In the event of malfunctions, you perform troubleshooting, find the cause, and get the system running again.
• You carry out maintenance and repairs independently or together with external specialists.
• You work with modern building management systems and technical aids.
• You take responsibility for selected systems and develop yourself into a specialist there.
• You contribute your expertise and help to continuously optimize our systems.

Requirements

• You have completed training as a sanitary installer or heating installer.
• You want to apply your expertise more broadly and are eager to familiarize yourself with complex technical systems.
• Experience in operational maintenance is an advantage. More importantly to us is that you are technically curious, think ahead, and enjoy finding solutions independently.
• Training as a heating plant operator is a plus. If you do not yet have this, you are willing to complete it.
• You are ready for shift and weekend work as well as on-call duty approximately every sixth week.
