• Completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical manufacturing
• Sound knowledge in mechanical processing
• Good knowledge of Siemens and Heidenhain controls
• Programming knowledge with TopSolid is an advantage
• Independent, precise, and quality-conscious way of working
• High social competence and good communication skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, at least level B1
• Willingness to perform and resilience
• Flexibility regarding working hours and readiness for multi-shift operation
• Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of a modern production environment

• Setting up and operating 3- to 5-axis milling machining centers
• Production of workpieces from different materials
• Manufacturing of clamping fixtures and devices
• Optimization of the provided CNC programs
• Active cooperation in the optimization of production processes within the framework of KVP
• Carrying out standard maintenance on the systems
• Performing general mechanical work
• Ensuring precise, efficient, and quality-compliant manufacturing
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments for the smooth implementation of demanding customer orders
