Polisher/Finisher in watchmaking finishing (M/F)

Within a "pilot" workshop, you will mainly perform manual polishing and finishing operations in watchmaking finishing.

Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Polisher/Finisher in watchmaking finishing (M/F)

• Training as a polisher or finisher in watchmaking finishing or deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in manual polishing and watchmaking finishing
• Good dexterity, aesthetic sense, rigor, autonomy and attention to detail
• CNC knowledge appreciated; the dual competence manual polishing / CNC is a strong asset
• Perform manual polishing operations, brightening and felt preparation
• Ensure complete finishing on conventional machines in watchmaking finishing
• Prepare surfaces and perform necessary repairs before finishing
• Occasionally intervene on simple robotized CNC machines for certain operations
• Perform dimensional and aesthetic controls of components
• Define polishing sequences and participate in specific tooling / fixtures
• Contribute to continuous improvement and follow daily production indicators
