Production Worker

We are looking for a production worker / operations worker (m/f/d) starting from 12.08.2026
Permanent position in Würenlos / Baden Wettingen region

Your tasks:

• Cooperation on the production line and operation of modern systems
• Loading, monitoring and controlling the production processes
• Visual and quality control of the manufactured products
• Simple maintenance and cleaning work on the machines
• Documentation and compliance with production specifications
• Support in improvement processes

Your profile:

• Experience in production or on production lines is an advantage
• Basic technical understanding and enjoyment of working with machines
• Readiness for shift work (3-shift or 4-shift, depending on the model)
• Teamwork skills, reliability and an exact way of working
• Good German skills for communication within the company
