Metal construction and facade fitter

In order to complete our team, we are looking for a motivated person wishing to put their skills, know-how and involvement at the service of a dynamic company, with the desire to commit long-term.
DUKA Sàrl, a company created in 2017 and currently consisting of 9 employees, is active in the field of metal construction, notably in the realization and installation of facades and metal elements.

Your mission
As a metal construction and facade fitter, you will participate in different types of work on our construction sites, notably:

• Assembly and installation of metal facades;
• Installation of cladding, sheets, sandwich panels and various facade elements;
• Assembly of metal construction elements;
• Finishing and adjustment work on site;
• Reading and understanding assembly plans;
• Taking measurements and layout;
• Use of machines and tools necessary for assembly work;
• Participation in the organization and smooth running of construction sites;
• Compliance with safety rules and quality requirements.

The position is versatile and may evolve depending on your skills, your experience and your desire to progress and take on more responsibility.
Your profile
Above all, we are looking for a motivated, reliable and committed person, having the desire to invest themselves durably within our company.
Experience in metal construction, facade assembly, locksmithing, sheet metal working or a similar field constitutes a real advantage.
You are comfortable with manual work and outdoor work. You know how to work both independently and in a team and attach importance to the quality of the work performed.
The ability to read plans and a driver's license are assets.
