Requirement profile:

• Completed basic training as an agricultural machinery mechanic, polymechanic, production mechanic or comparable prior knowledge, preferably with pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge
• Sound professional experience in industrial maintenance and the upkeep of production systems (more than 5 years experience)
• Further training as a maintenance specialist is a plus
• Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Analytical mindset, knowledge to also analyze and read electrical schematics
• NIV 15 is a plus
• Willingness for shift work (7
• 7 pm) and sporadic on-call duties
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• English and/or French skills are a plus
• MS Office and ERP knowledge (SAP)
• Resilient, punctual
• High quality mindset

Tasks:

• Professional fault troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of the production systems as well as the building installations
• Ensuring and actively increasing the process reliability of all systems and operating equipment as well as their technical availability
• Cooperation in system and process optimizations
• Consistent compliance with safety regulations as well as ensuring order and cleanliness in the operation
• Spare parts management in cooperation with the team
