Altrajob is supporting its client, a Swiss company specializing in the manufacture of precision components and microméchanical solutions for various industrial sectors. To strengthen its Production department, we are looking for a:

Production Mechanic M/F

12-month temporary mission, 100%
2x8 shift schedule

>>> Missions:

• Read and interpret plans and technical files * Prepare and set up machines under the validation of the Team Leader * Launch series and control the conformity of produced parts * Perform self-control during production * Identify and report technical deviations or incidents * Ensure first-level maintenance of equipment * Participate in the optimization of settings and machining times * Respect quality, cleanliness, and organization standards (5S)

>>> Profile sought:

• CFC in production mechanics or equivalent technical training + Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in CNC turning + Mastery of BIGLIA machines, indispensable + Good ability to read and interpret technical plans + Autonomous, conscientious and rigorous + Flexible, versatile and stress-resistant + Good team spirit and good communication
