Polymechaniker/in with focus on grinding for modern production

Activities

• Further develop processes on the new 5-axis profile grinding machine together with the department head
• Create and optimize grinding programs at the CAM workstation
• Transfer existing products to the new machine and contribute optimization suggestions
• Process grinding orders independently including operating the 6-axis articulated robot
• Perform quality control of own work and adhere to quality standards
• Requirements
• Completed basic technical training, for example as Polymechaniker or Produktionsmechaniker
• Sound practical experience in the area of grinding
• Structured and precise way of working with strong quality awareness
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, team-oriented and open-minded personality
