Polymechanic CNC lathes with Heidenhain control

Activity

• Independent operation, setup and programming of CNC lathes, especially with Heidenhain control
• Creation and optimization of CNC programs with CAM software (e.g. [Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.])
• Manufacturing of high-precision components according to technical drawings and bills of materials
• Carrying out quality controls and checks for dimensional accuracy as well as tolerances
• Maintenance and servicing of the machines as well as troubleshooting
• Documentation of the work steps and the produced parts
• Requirements
• Completed training as a Polymechanic, cutting machinist or comparable qualification
• Profound experience in the operation and programming of CNC lathes, especially with Heidenhain control
• Experience in CAM programming (e.g. Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge in the machining of metal and the manufacture of precision parts
• Technical understanding and experience in working with technical drawings
• Independent and precise way of working
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts (if required)
