SERVICE TECHNICIAN FOR LIFTING AND CONVEYING TECHNOLOGY (ZH, AG) / Permanent

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
In cooperation with the Sales and Repairs/Testing departments, you will organize your area of responsibility independently:

• Support of long-standing existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers
• Repair, maintenance and testing of lifting and conveying equipment at the customer's site
• Appointment scheduling and route planning
• Independent completion of spare parts for the service vehicle and its maintenance and upkeep
• Writing customer reports and device data sheets
• 10% overnight stays away from home are possible, but not the rule

OUR WISH LIST

• completed mechanical vocational training, polytechnic or automotive mechanic
• knowledge in electrical control technology is an advantage, but not a must
• experience in repair and maintenance
• driver's license B
• good German skills
• good IT user skills
• Your place of residence is ideally located between Zürich and Aarau.
• You are a craftsman and love what you do.
• You very much enjoy working independently and organize yourself efficiently.
• You are sociable and have impeccable manners with customers.
• And you act in a solution-oriented manner when problems arise.
