• Completed training as a switchgear fitter
• Alternatively, training as an automation technician, automation fitter, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in switchgear manufacturing
• Good knowledge in reading and interpreting electrical schematics
• Experience with adjustments and rewiring on existing systems
• Enjoyment of direct contact with customers
• An exact and quality-conscious way of working
• High sense of duty and reliability
• A resilient and flexible personality
• An independent and responsible way of working
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills
• A valid driving license of category B
