In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager Building (M/F) -- 100%

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the management of a team of 5 to 12 people
• Organize and distribute work on the ground as well as plan the work of your teams
• Order the materials necessary for the execution of the work
• Write daily activity reports
• Proceed with the recording of employee hours
• Establish measurements and invoicing
• Prepare quotes

Your skills

• You have the benefit of training with an ES Technician Diploma in building or the benefit of similar experience
• You possess a vision and organizational skills that allow you to manage several projects simultaneously
• You are autonomous, demonstrate a good sense of responsibility and enjoy teamwork
• You are comfortable in human relations
• You are proficient with the Office IT suite and the Baubit software
• You express yourself very well in French (spoken and written)
