Carpentry Workshop Manager 100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the daily activity of the workshop
• Plan production and guarantee compliance with deadlines
• Supervise machine maintenance and the general organization of the workshop
• Supervise, support, and develop a team of qualified carpenters
• Ensure the quality of achievements as well as compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers and the technical office to ensure the proper execution of mandates

Profile

• CFC in carpentry or equivalent training
• Confirmed experience in carpentry, ideally with a first experience in supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Natural leadership and ability to unite a team
• Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation
