Job description

Are you a professional carpenter and/or joiner and do you love neat and quality work? Join a carpentry and joinery company recognized for the quality of its achievements, in the exceptional setting of Val d-Hérens.

We are looking for a carpenter and/or joiner CFC at 100 % to complete our team.

Your responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble wooden structures in the workshop and on site.
• Install frameworks, roofs, and other wooden construction elements.
• Carry out renovation, repair, and maintenance work.
• Manufacture wooden works in the workshop: doors, windows, furniture, fittings, and other custom achievements.
• Perform the installation of fittings and joinery elements on site.
• Read and interpret plans and technical documents.
• Use machines, tools, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure the quality of the work performed as well as compliance with deadlines.
• Respect safety rules on construction sites.

Your profile

• CFC in carpentry and/or joinery; or training deemed equivalent.
• Professional experience in the field of carpentry and/or joinery.
• Good mastery of woodworking techniques and professional tools.
• Autonomy, rigor, precision, and punctuality.
• Sense of well-done work.
• Driver's license and vehicle indispensable.
• Team spirit and good communication.
• Respect for safety rules
